This place is awful. The staff are useless to say the least. If they hate their job that much they should find a new one and spare the rest of us. A fully automated system would show more humility. In my opinion It's posts like these that are causing the postal system to fail.
Never had a problem....totally satisfied with not only the level of helpfulness and service but notifications as well!!!! Kudos are in order!! Roach
